1. Can we place a sample order for trail?
Yes, definitely you can. Actually this is the best way for you to know us, to check and test the quality of our products & services, and to start our friendly cooperation for long term.

2. Do you have the minimum order requirements?
Normally if you’re dealers the minimum order should be one complete export package at least. (Sample trail order exceptional) For example: 2pcs/carton for saxophone, 5pcs/carton for clarinet, 10pcs/carton for flute, 10pcs/carton for violin… If you’re a music lover for personal use it’s still possible to order even for 1pc but the prices should be different.

3. How to make a payment?
In general, we prefer Telegraphic Transfer (T/T, or wire transfer) in advance.

4. How about the production time?
It depends on the size of your orders and the season (busy or not) you place the order. Usually it takes 25-40 days after having your confirmed order and down payment. For the sample order, it could be ready just within a week to 10days, maybe even sooner.  

5. How long does the shipment sending from China to us?
If to ship by air from Beijing, China, to reach any main airports in the world takes 5-7 days; if by ocean (full container loading) from Xingang port to reach those west coast main seaports (Los Angeles) of North America takes 20 days more or less, the east of main ports (New York) about 30-35 days; to reach main seaports (Hamburg, London, Genoa etc.) of Europe takes 25 days more or less. If your order is less than a full container loading, it usually takes longer time.  

6. Do you have quality guarantee for your products?
Yes, we do. In China we have 12 months period. Due to the complex of international transactions, we would like to give our dealers all over the world the same period as they should observe in their countries according to the local laws and regulations.
Also, if purchasing by large quantity orders we can supply our distributors certain percentage of the necessary parts and accessories for repairing purposes, free of charge, as per the size of orders and the kinds of instruments if required.
